PE1820 are special concetrated white master batch based on low density polythene, there have 60% TiO2, use in high quality film. They have Better hiding power, dispersibility, flowability and tinting strength, all ingredients are accepted by Chinese State Food and Health Agency, they contact with foodstuff directly.
Application: Produce high quality and high gloss film with exellent printing surface base on good quality PE1820 and normal polythene, used for stretch ( sanitary towel packing ), base material film, punching film, injection, blowing, co-extruding, hollow etc.
Feature:
1. Sanitary performance meet the Standard of GB 9687-1988;
2. The highest temperature up to 280;
3. Settle for hiding power with good dispersibility, adding rate is up to 30%;
4. Products are more pure for the white color with light blue;
5. Better flowability for process.
